Galvanized fence panels are produced by welding thick diameter steel wires to form a rectangular or square shape. Welded fence wires are then dipped in hot galvanized to protect the steel from rusting and to give the panels a silvery / gray appearance. Steel fence panels are used in the construction of security cages, bird cages, garden fences, garden curtains, pond leaf protection covers, vegetable frames and for protection in factories and around production areas for health and protection.

Welded fence panels are protected from decay by having a hot galvanized bath after the steel fences are welded. Hot galvanized bath is a production process in which welded steel fence pieces are immersed in a molten lead bath, so the steel is completely covered.

Industrial uses
Galvanized bath process can cause a hard texture in some of the products. Although this is uncommon, we advise all our customers to consider their intended application and use and consider whether the hard-textured metallic edges will cause any problems. This can be a problem if children are constantly in contact with the fence. In most cases, welded fence panels are smooth and do not cause any problems.
